Breakfast

Each morning, from 7 am to 10:30 am, the Hôtel Saint-Jacques serves a buffet breakfast which is as tasty as it is hearty. In a room reminiscent of a cabaret, with the tinkling of piano keys in the background, you will get your day off to the best possible start with a wide choice of quality products:

The Toulouse-Lautrec bar

The Hôtel Saint-Jacques boasts a bar which is also imbued with the spirit of the 19th century and the creativity which marked this period. After a day spent discovering the city, you will appreciate the chance to settle back in a comfortable armchair, surrounded by Toulouse-Lautrec paintings and beautiful books, and savour a glass of Cuvée Saint-Jacques Champagne, one of the other refreshments and aperitifs on the menu or sample an absinthe, carefully prepared following a traditional ritual.

1900 called "La Belle Epoque" have boomed any order through the new technologies of the Industrial Revolution but also in the art world where we see an unexpected and revolutionary evolution of painting through the "Impressionists ".

The Saint-Jacques hotel also has a few paintings Renaissance but especially impressionists and later "Toulouse Lautrec, Degas, Henri Rousseau, Chagall," and some ceilings decorated by artists Haussmann.
