As the year draws to a close Paris continues to offer events that are both surprising and exciting. Between the National Exhibition of Fine Arts, the Grande Parade on the Champs Élysées and the magic of Christmas markets, the City of Light throws wide her arms to offer a convivial welcome in the purest Christmas tradition.

Christmas Markets

The Christmas period is a time of magic and light, and no city in the world does it better than Paris! The city’s Christmas markets are a case in point, springing up throughout the city from November 11th, 2016 to January 7th, 2017 with attractions that will delight both children and adults, thanks to the various rides and entertainment on offer. The capital becomes even more of a City of Light than usual, bursting with rejoicing and conviviality during the holiday season.
